This first picture indicates the dimensions of the assembled Thruster.
The second figure is dimensioned drawing of the separate parts of the thruster.
The figure below shows the four pieces of cardboard which fit together in a three layer sandwich. The fillers go side by side in the center with space enough between for the plunger to slide easily.
